Who does God say I am?
God says you are His masterwork — named, wanted, and made on purpose before you took your first breath. Your identity is not something you build; it is something you receive. It was woven into you before you were born, and nothing you have done since has unwritten it.
The other names you carry — failure, disappointment, too much, not enough — are descriptions of your worst moments. They are not your identity. God never introduces you by your worst moment; that is how the accuser introduces you. God will only call you a name He would call Himself.
"For we are God's masterwork, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
Ephesians 2:10
You do not have to take anyone's word for this, including ours. Ask Him: "God, who do you say I am?" It is a question He loves to answer.
